Local golf hero Prayad Marksaeng ranked in the top 100 in the world recently visited the Banyan Golf Club, Hua Hin.
Golf professional Prayad Marksaeng (pictured in the centre, left of Stacey Walton, General Manager of Banyan Golf Club, Hua Hin) returns to his home town having spent the past few weeks in the USA playing in the recent WGC Bridgestone Invitational and PGA Championships (US PGA Tour).
Smooth-swinging Prayad claimed the biggest win of his career when he lifted the season-ending Volvo Masters of Asia on home soil in 2007 came to visit the Banyan Golf Club, Hua Hin to see what all the excitement is about.
Banyan Golf Club, Hua Hin officially opened on 1st October 2008 and the club’s golf management welcomed Khun Prayad with his entourage of local Thailand PGA Golf Professionals to test out the golf course. Playing from the Black tees, with a total distance of 7,361 yards Khun Prayad Marksaeng scores -3 under par with a card of 69. To date, this is the golf course record.
