InterContinental Bali Resort has planned a fun-filled long weekend to celebrate the Easter break from 10th April to 12th April 2009. It will be the perfect opportunity for the entire family to unwind and spend quality time together. There will be a number of special attractions over this three-day holiday designed to appeal to travellers of all ages.

Festivities will get underway on Good Friday with our Sunset Bonfire Seafood Barbeque Dinner. Guests are welcome to join this laidback gathering from 6.30 pm onwards at the Sunset Bar to feast on grilled specialities. Live music will set the mood for this relaxed evening under the stars.

The highlight of the weekend will be the Resort’s famous ‘Alice in Wonderland Tea Party’ on Saturday afternoon. In-house children will be invited to attend a complimentary high tea with a difference hosted by the lovely Alice and her storybook friends. It will be a time to play games, savour tasty treats and meet the Mad Hatter, White Rabbit, the Tweedle Twins and a whole cast of characters.

Sunday morning will begin with an Easter Egg Hunt in the Resort’s gardens to search for carefully hidden goodies. This supervised activity starts at 9.00 am enabling parents to enjoy a leisurely breakfast while their young ones are occupied by the team from Planet Trekkers. There will be prizes galore for all participants.

Easter celebration will draw to a close on Sunday evening with our Spirit of Bali Dinner, which explores the island’s culinary and cultural heritage. Take pleasure in our extensive buffet dinner of local delicacies accompanied by a performance of traditional dance and music. This unique event personifies the distinct character of Bali and its people.
