International serviced residence management company, Frasers Hospitality have announced the appointment of Leah Feldmann to the position of General Manager of Fraser Suites Sydney, the company’s new serviced residence in Australia.

Leah joins Frasers Hospitality having fulfilled numerous senior management positions within the hotel industry in a career spanning over 20 years. During the past 10 years Leah has held various positions with Saville Hotel Group, most recently as General Manager of both Saville 2 Bond Street and Saville on Kent in Sydney. Prior to this, Leah held the position of General Manager of Saville on Russell in Melbourne.

During her time with Saville on Russell, Leah was awarded Saville Hotel Group’s General Manager of the Year (2006) and Hotel of the Year (2005) and in 2002 was awarded Senior Manager of the Year.

Leah’s passion apart from her genuine love of “making people feel at home in her hotel” is good food and she has enjoyed many degustation dining experiences in Sydney and Melbourne. Her interests include sailing and she is a team member of an all-female racing crew which she describes as a “fantastic way to balance the pressures of work. There is nothing quite like challenging yourself on the ocean and the importance of teamwork really comes into play – without teamwork we achieve nothing.”

Previous General Manager David Brown, has been appointed to the position of General Manager, Fraser Suites Dubai.
