The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the Egyptian Museum, River Nile and the Cairo Tower. The famous Pyramids and Sphinx in Giza are just 15 minutes drive away.

Plenty of local banks, shops, and restaurants. Try Abou Shakr for Egyptian, Cedars for Lebanese (and hubble-bubble), and Kadora for superb fish.The free wireless internet access was excellent, although you need to bring your own laptop. Overall, good value for money.
