The 37 year old Ambassador has successfully completed a major renovation program. The hotel features 820 newly refurbished, re-styled and remodeled rooms and suites. With the upgrading of its Tower Wing, a privilege Lounge was created to cater to guests staying on the 22nd to 26th floor.

The Grand Ballroom is a fine pillarless high ceiling convention hall that has retained the classic decor of its original design. It can accommodate up to 2,000 guests, auditorium-style. In addition, there are 12 function rooms that cater for other events of different scales.
