The Conrad Bangkok welcomes Hong Kong master chefs Chung Ho Shi and Yiu Kit Lam from the multi-award-winning Golden Peony restaurant, Conrad Centennial Singapore, for a special season from 10-19 July 2009, at Liu restaurant.

As Executive Chef of Golden Peony since 2000, Chef Chung Ho Shi is a master of authentic yet innovative Cantonese cuisine with celebrity fans all over the world while Chef Yiu Kit Lam is one of the world’s top dim sum specialists who cooks with the passion of an Italian but the precision of a classically-trained Cantonese chef.

Under their exquisite culinary skills, Golden Peony has been dubbed one of the best restaurants in Singapore by high-society magazine Singapore Tatler and Best Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Singapore by the prestigious Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards.

Savor their multi-cultural flavors and classic refinements at this very special season. Chefs recommendations range from Golden-fried prawn served with kiwi mayonnaise and mocha infused smoked salmon to double-boiled seafood in golden pumpkin broth.

* Golden-fried prawn served with kiwi mayonnaise in golden nest
* Smoked salmon enhanced with mocha flavoured
* Double-boiled seafood in golden pumpkin broth
* Golden-fried fillet of sea perch, sautéed with salted egg yolk, served with sautéed egg white
* Sautéed beef cube in black pepper sauce, served with Thailand ‘Ka Lam’
* Beancurd stuffed in minced shrimp, poached with angle luffa and century egg in superior stock
* Braised homemade beancurd with scallop and egg white gravy, topped with fish roe

Baht 680++, 880++ and 1,099++ for selection of Golden Peony set
