The Mira hotel Hong Kong is set to establish itself as a fashionable new dining destination in the heart of the city. Finest European gastronomy is on the menu at signature restaurant WHISK, masterminded by award-winning Chef Justin Quek. The world-renowned Singaporean chef has trained under some of Europe's most legendary chefs, including Roland Mazere, Jean Bardet and Michael Roux Junior at Le Gavroche and Waterside Inn in England. He was voted “Best Chef of the Year” at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.

With ebonised wood wall paneling and massive white stone-top tables, one of the most extraordinary features of WHISK is its al fresco garden lounge. The outdoor terrace with fire and water features is a stunning oasis in the heart of the city; featuring cabanas, flowing waterways, green feature walls as well as private access to some the hotel’s suites.

Modern Cantonese dining is served at Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira, an extension of the celebrated contemporary Chinese restaurant, which has become one of the most successful eateries in the Hong Kong’s International Finance Centre (ifc).

These dining outlets are complemented by Japanese-style international all day buffet restaurant Yamm, coffee and chocolate lounge COCO and lounge bar Room One.
