Mr. Silvano Amolini, Executive Chef of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, continuously creates signature dishes especially for La Trattoria. Blending new Italian sensations and tastes, his highlight menus include, ‘Insalata di rucola con timballo di gorgonzola e noci, sciroppo al Balsamico' which is a fresh starter composed of rocket salad with a timbale of Gorgonzola cheese and walnuts, while the balsamic syrup is the final touch for this special dish. Additionally, ‘Pici toscani con stracotto di manzo al Chianti' is a home-made Pici with braised beef cooked in Chianti red wine which creates a sublime combination.
